Update from Pavement Maintenance: alley repaired at this location 12/12/14

The repair performed in December of 2014 addressed the problem at that time. After repairs were completed the bricks sunk AGAIN next to the sanitary sewer access. That issue has not been addressed, a barricade maker is still in place as of today 4-17-2015. A second issue for this block of alley is that it needs to be repaved, parts are covered in dirt and sand over the old paving, needs to be cleaned and repaved.
