I'm looking for information on the loser who sideswiped my wife's car on Brewer Street, East Hartford Wednesday October 12th and took off. He was driving a Black Mitsubishi sports car. He will have new damage to the passenger side, fender and possibly door. He actually drove down the road, turned around, smiled and sped off.
