Description

The gravel driveway at 15 Adsit often washes onto the sidewalk and the street. The storm last Friday left a large amount of gravel at the bottom of the street for taxpayers to clean up. The storm yesterday left this on the sidewalk. This building generates about $8000 per month in rental income (~$4k each for 15 and 17). The landlord needs to address drainage issues on the property and can clearly afford it.
