Try Helping Them Fix It? When was the last time you helped a slumlord fix up his crappy apt house? They are just collecting rent and letting it fall apart!

She has the money to fix it. Look at the rent she receives from Section 8. She is a selfish person and only looks out for herself. All of the rentals she has around town she runs into the ground. She can't even afford the oil to heat Mechanic street but can afford everything she wants! The Code Enforcement ignores the problem!!!

Wouldn't you think the Adopt-a-Block group would have been all over this? This is not a new problem.

I agree with michael. She needs help fixing that place up. we should help her out, maybe take up a collection so she can make the place look better for her tenants

If you knew the building owner you would know that they don't need a collection taken up. She does indeed own several other properties and her boyfriend could do maintenance but obviously doesn't want too. Why is the Town allowing it to be so run down and disgusting is beyond me.And why is ACAP allowing it to remain a Section 8 property?

she cant afford to pay for oil yet she buys 3 new buildings and a new truck in one week and ad the netrve to evict everyone in te building. some residents have lived tere since before she was born. at least wen priscilla dow was running it things got done in a timely manner and sge had respect for the residents of her apartments. as a resident till january 5th i say demolish it and make her pay the costs

She bought more buildings and evicted everyone from the one on Mechanic street during the winter? That doesn't make sense. Why did she do that?
