Tall weeds and a lot of tree and debris left from the tornado. It's never kept up. They only do half of the lawn Maybe 3 times a year if we get lucky. Basically they do what's visible from the street and leave the rest. We get overloaded with mosquitoes Every year due to this unkept yard. They get flagged but never do the complete yard.
