Deskripsyon

Crooks heading North narrows from two lanes into one at Star-Batt and Crooks. The sign for this occurs just before the ramp to M-59. It needs to be place earlier on the road for vehicles to have time to cross to left lane.

This bottleneck presents an unsafe situation when drivers speed-up in the Crooks right-turn lane (at Starbat) and then "cut" into the Crooks through lane (middle lane).

That's exactly why we will be widening the road from Starr-Batt to north of Hamlin this summer.

Oh I am so happy to read that the RC will be widening that part!!! It is horrible- people racing up in the right lane, cutting over IN the intersection, the tire-popping potholes, ugh! This is great news!!!
