Vacant land and I do mean gardens.

Betty-we have looked into your comments and found that the only garden the Land Bank currently has on Bailey is at the corner of Baker and Bailey and that is looking wonderful. Could you be referring to a City of Lansing Property just off the SW corner of Bailey and Avon??? I think it used to be gardened last year but the Land Bank doesn't own that particular lot.

I said it "may be a land bank property". I don't know who owns it or why there was a garden (I think it was a garden). If it is a City of Lansing Property-this complaint needs to go to city of Lansing. Code Compliance ?.
