Issue ID: 13364108--this case was closed but still an issue with LARGE amounts of sand on the corner. We bike there everyday and is STILL an issue. It seems that a sweeper came by abut did nothing but move the sand all around. The sand is 3 plus inches thick and needs to be removed.

Update:
Swept the alley wash out . This will occur every time it rains. This is on routine sweeping. We will get the area the next time we are there.
