These cars have been parked like this for months.. they are illegally parked and taking up most of the street, leaving it very difficult for cars to pass by! I have called parking violations everyday for the past two months! No one answers the phone it just rings all day long and there's no way to leave a voicemail! Something needs to be done about this! Kids walk and play on this street and these cars cannot be parked like this!
