  Please reconsider automatic pedestrian green signal and pedestrian head start at Buena Vista across Webster in AM rush hour. Every other intersection across Webster has these features. Even BV crossing constitution has these feature (verified today). I am unclear if there is justification not to include pedestrian head start and automatic pedestrian signal when crossing BV at Webster. If there is, please reconsider. Thanks.
