Description

This has been an ongoing issue with a few click fix submitted.
However, the builder, finally, graded the property, cleared the drain problem, and laid sod on Saturday 9-17-22.
However, they spread all of the excess, and chucks of left-over sod, into the drainage swale of the private property to the right of the construction site. Totally blocking the drainage. My property is 2 lots upstream of the site of the picture. The rain from Saturday afternoon has receded approx, 3" in 72 hours. Starting to get a algae scum growing. All was fine until the sod was dumped and spread into the drainage swale on the private property.
We are so close to the problem being solved, and they create yet another.
Please remedy. I do not enjoy having to complain. But, I have no choice. I have additional dated pics if needed for reference, and we have not received any rain in 72 hours. Thank You in advance.
