Description

North ave from Beltline to Plattsburg ave is hazardous and in disrepair. Large pot holes have been filled with large aggregate gravel instead of sure-pack and topped with cold-patch! This is not proper reair and is dangerous to 2-wheels vehicles and windshields.
The city reduced 4 lanes to 2 yet did not plan that the road would then age twice as fast? no planning for it?
An Engineer needs to run the public works dept?
