Description

There are new curb cuts at the end of Watch Chain Way, but none allowing people to cross to Harmel and travel to the tot lot. I realize this is the middle of the block, but there is a curb cut across from Shadow Lane into the middle of the block on Harmel. Can this be fixed, please ?
