Not enough garbage containers for this 9 Plex at 984 34Th St. Oakland, CA 94608. Garbage on the street is from previous week overfilled garbage containers. A tree on the sidewalk by the black iron fence. Residence at this 9 Plex have made complaints to property owner for rats infestation due not enough garbage containers. Tenants saying their garbage container was stolen property owner did not replace them. City of Oakland needs to get involve and help the residences here.
