Deskripsyon

Branches are resting on telephone and cable wires weighing them down. Con Ed came and just did their wires but said they can't touch wires that are not theirs. Two trees in front need pruning. Called 311 and was told Parks no longer prune street trees. How can I resolve these two problems?
