So just to clarify, The off road vehicle was driven by my 47 year old husband, not a juvenile, for less than 30 seconds to test out the new clutch spring he installed today. It is the middle of the day. No one is in danger and to continuously contact the police about something so trivial is a waste of everyone's time. Not to mention Im sure they have more important issues to tend to.

Thank you Officers, this has been a continuous problem. It is against the law and yes two juveniles were riding on it today and the past weekend. Elderly people are walking and children are playing. They have had plenty of two years to have it registered. The law applies to everyone. It must be registered and not driven on the street.
