Huge boat and trailer parked/stored one half in the road blocking traffic & one half on grass in their front yard. Occupants park cars illegally in yard everyday. They know they are parking illegally but they are also liars, dont believe anything they say.

Thank you for your SeeClickFix notification dated November 16, 2014. Chief Holloway has asked me to respond directly to you regarding your issue with the boat and trailer parked on the street and cars parked illegally in the yard at 4613 33 Avenue North. The information you provided was forwarded to Community Service Sergeant Richard Hladik to investigate.
Sergeant Hladik reported that he assigned Officer Rob Arrison to investigate the boat and vehicles which you mentioned were illegally parked. Officer Arrison conducted Directed Patrols but advised there was no boat or illegally parked vehicles observed. Please feel free to contact the non-emergency number, (727)893-7780, when the illegal parking is observed so it may be addressed while it is happening. It should also be noted boats and trailers are allowed to be parked on the street from 4 P.M. on Thursday afternoon until 8 A.M. Monday morning. They are also allowed to be parked from Monday 8 A.M. to Thursday at 4 P.M. for 4 hours at a time.
Should you observe vehicles parked illegally in the yard then please call the Codes Department at (727)893-7373. Yard parking would fall under their purview.
