Description

The guys throwing away the trash (capitol waste) are throwing away the recycling with the trash...we have tried to stop them but they just look at us and throw it away..they do not care..I have called Capitol Waste and they said the supervisor would come talk to us but he never did..this needs to stop..we recycle for 2 weeks just so they can throw it away with the trash..they have also thrown away our trash barrels
