They were out this morning at 7am. Mastiff was off leash and 40-50’ away from owner.

If your dog is not good around other dogs why do you continue to take your unfriendly dog around this group of friendly dogs in the same place everyday at the same time? And then yell and swear at the owners in a very aggressive demeanor. This is NOT proper conduct in a public place. The park is more than big enough for everybody to use peacefully without the need to try to incite issues. For well over 2 years these dogs have played together daily without a single issue. A portion of these dogs provide services for the community and state and had to be certified under the Canine Good Citizen program to perform their duties. Yes I agree there is a leash law that can easily be followed but that dosen't give an aggressive owner of an aggressive dog the right to continually harass a group of friendly neighbors with friendly dogs daily. Friendly people with friendly dogs shouldn't have to avoid the park at any time in fear of an aggressive owner with an aggressive dog trying to incite issues. I would love to see the animal control officer come by unannounced one morning to see where the real problems exist.
