My container was out for repair as instructed. I even placed it out the night before. It is still sitting there as I type this message and has not been replaced/repaired. This is frustrating. Can someone please contact me with an update on when this will be attended to.

So sorry the repair was not completed! Unfortunately, our internal services have been down all week, so we cannot check to see what went wrong. I will get you rescheduled for Friday 12/9 this week; and I will send this along to the supervisor of the crew to make sure this is completed.
