答 The northbound bike lane floods every time it rains and remains flooded for a day or two after. The storm drains may be clogged.
问 Specific location?
答 Northbound bike lane on 5th Ave NE. Flooding starts just south of NE 170th St near the bus stop and extends around 300 ft further south.
