Description

These lights adjacent to the park are *really* bright. Do they violate our light pollution ordinance? They detract from the park at night and I'm concerned about the owls and other birds that prefer less light for hunting may be impacted. Possible to have owners use different lights, or plant big trees along fence to diffuse the light? Thank you for anything you can do!
