Description

Voicemail received: "I'm calling to report a fairly large hole in the roadway. This is 3rd St between D&E. This is a large enough holes that easily cause of damage to the vehicle depending on how the tire enters the hole. This is fairly serious in my opinion and should be addressed as soon as possible. Large hole in the roadway, 3rd St between D&E."
