We wanted to see if there is any further progress to getting a work order to repair the area. Last night's rain caused flooding into our driveway due to the debris getting caught in the gap. Cleanup was done to help alleviate the issue.

Any further updates on the progress of this repair? Or should we repost a new request?

Will there be any action on this issue? Or should I report via a different department?
