R. Speeding cars and reckless driving. Vehicles are constantly speeding at the lower end of Pendleton Avenue and Simard Drive and often will cross the double yellow line. passing other vehicles, endangering motorists and pedestrians along the sidewalks. This has been an ongoing problem for at least three years and very little has been done for enforcement purposes for this section of the roadway.
