Welcome to America, land of the free as long as you abide by these rules. People need to mind their own business. I'm so sick of all of these people telling others what to do. Move to a development with an HOA, there's a billion of them. My house is far from unkempt but I can just see some POS person telling me my grass is an inch too long while my mother is dying of cancer or something. All you people telling others how to live their lives need to go get a life.

yes i agree with the last comment if I own the property I should be able to do whatever i want with and on my property!! unless its physically hurting someone. Some people have to tell everyone what to do, get a life if you don't like the way it looks then don't look!!! lol remember people have died so we can have the freedom we enjoy today so enjoy it and mind your own business " because if you mind your own business you wont be minding mine"
