There are multiple tree lines impeding my access to water way Also it is observed proximately this location in the back canal there is a pine tree obstructing right of way as well through the waterways. I have hired a tree person to take care of my part of the easement however my neighbor feels he is not responsible at the city is can someone please call and assist me in the process to protect our fishing area.
