I've been praying the whole last couple crappy storms.

Same plot has a street light understand why the city's not making an effort to fix it is it because this block doesn't exist?? Surprise it does people live over here and the people that live over depend on this light to get home after dark !

Tipping a little now because of the recent wind storms. Then the rain storms. I wonder what the city will do if it does finally fall It's does have a city light on it. It will fall eventually. It will set the city up for a lawsuit without it being fixed.

What I don't understand is there's a city light on it in the city refuses to deal with anything that has been sub contracted out to PG&E. Now everybody knows PG&E is it going to do diddly squat. They said the subcontractor over here to look at this thing and then they dug a little bit deeper to watch the full all the little bit more to the left. What are we have to do to get you guys to fix it sit on our head and spin. Didn't we already do that for years now?? I guess we're going to have to contact lawyers and I'm guessing it is to get this pool fixed it's a hazard on the few different levels. It's a hazard to the people to walk up and down the block at the power on those out. It's a hazard because some people will not be able to get out of your house is that these lead wires hit the ground. I don't understand why the city doesn't get off their butts and fix it??!!!!

Still leaning why hasn't the city made an effort to fix it?? People do live over here you know and it's it's a little bit more since then. This is city really want to lawsuit on their hands for not fixing this pool because it has a city light on it!!! Really lives are going to be impacted with this thing falls and if it ever falls because the cities stupidity not fixing it!!!

Now this is tipped more. With the El Niño coming into play. I guess the city want to lawsuits against them not fixing a polo brothers block that apparently doesn't exist. Really why not is this fixed?? Or is just pure laziness at the city doesn't want to hold down the new poll to fix it correctly. Have to do a block up the street where the resident that you're going to be digging a hole and fix it a pole why can't you do that

As you can see it's still not fixed. I don't understand why the city of Oakland can't get off their butts and fix things. This is not OK if this falls what are we gonna do over here?? It's a city pole. Its has a city light on it. So forgive me for the frustration but I understand the stupidity of not fixing the city pool. This thing falls four houses will not be able to leave because of that pole falling with electric power lines on them. So do we have to sue the city to get things fixed in mind you I am asking??

I have a dead tree at my home thats barely standing so I completely understand the feeling. I've been dealing with it for some time now too.

Yet again PG&E refuses to deal with this It is a city pole. What are we supposed to do you guys refused to fix it PG&E refuses to fix it I guess we're gonna have to sue the city to fix this It's tipping a lot more If it wasn't for the powerlines it would've fell by now

I do not understand why they want to close this issue When it's worse than it was in this picture The issue is still the results and I don't think it ever will be until the thing falls Even though the city keeps been emailed her this issue PG knee doesn't want to fix it they keep coming to kick it and walking away I was told by one of the workers that it was built in 1925. With all due respect you figured that's the reason why you would want to fix this issue before it literally falls

With all due respect does it look like it's fixed yet does the stupidity of the city of Oakland and their inability to fix things! Why have this in place for the city of Oakland to fix one at the city pool because of the city light on it and they're not doing it! Ive them out here four times the kick the ball and then they leave and nothing is done. Other than them coming to kick the pole. I have PG&E come fix the pool when it's a city people that's been here since 1925! Why have the city of Ople and Public Works in place when they're not doing anything to fix this! That's a waste of taxpayer dollars! This is a block that the city seems to have forgotten all together!

Abel Gullien You basically failed so when this thing falls I’m pretty sure everybody on this block in the surrounding area and Wallace, 14th Ave., 19th, and conservatively Valecito conservatively we could all still you guys for not fixing one pole that will rip pretty much all the other power lines out of this area out of existence. Some of us have cats and dogs over here to immediately on this block so really why is this OK that this is tipping like this. Again this is the block that the city seems to ignore. From the police, city Council, city representatives, and anybody else that applies to fixing things over here on this block. I guess the city wants a lawsuit for not having the ability to fix the pole from 1925. Every single time PG&E comes over here I can also say they literally kicked a pole and leave. This is the updated picture of that you could see they’ve taken those signature tags off of it while I have the signature off of it. I long I’ve had those tags in my laptop. I’ve been told by three PG&E Representatives that this pulls from 1925. Then in 15 years why is this OK? Again I guess this is the block that the city does not even want to deal with and what the lawsuit from not handling a pole that has a city light on it, that I was told that AT&T and PG&E owns. But yet there’s a city light on it what happened to fixing the pole is not stable if it’s tipping hello not OK! What about the kids running up and down the stairs all the time on the elementary level.

And it still leaning why is that OK? I guess the city of Oakland once a lawsuit for their inability to get off the butts and fix things. Headed to the habitable when this thing falls I guess we should start acquiring lawyers now to fix it! Because every last one of us on this block is going to be impacted and we’re going to sue for money!
