loud car silver Honda Civic running all hrs of the night 1am 2am 3am 1211 chopsey hill rd. I feel like my tax dollars are going to waist they are renters that's messing up the place lots of traffic in & out the house I have talk to landlord but can't get nowhere its very disrespectful to me & my neighbors this is a quiet neighborhood & the loud sound is traveling. please help maybe a letter to the address or something.thanks your tax payer.
