Description

S. Seventh St has been opened up and underground servicing has happened, recently. From one side of the road to the other, there an incorrectly filled, utility (presumed) channel that needs addressing. It is like a reverse speed bump and is unnecessarily hard on automobiles. If there is a way to properly fill the channel, that will be appreciated.
