Next door (to the South) is a renovated apartment house. There are green garden hoses hanging from the roof all around the building For too many days to count, they have been "searching for a leak" and all we hear is lots of rushing water all day and night. The water being wasted is incalculable. Here is a picture taken last month of a geyser of water shooting out from the roof! All day! Today the geyser is shooting out over our driveway and the super's car. If they are really looking for a leak, isn't there a better way?.
