Descrizione
The crosswalk across Hill St at Tappan Ave is regularly ignored by motorists, the majority of whom pay no heed to pedestrians who are already within, let alone waiting next to the crosswalk. Hill St is crossed at this location by hundreds of students and other residents every day. It seems important to add additional visibility enhancements (yield signs, bar pairs, etc) and/or traffic calming measures (curb extensions etc) at this crosswalk location to improve safety.
