Sharraxaadda

The curbs along south Dunlap street between Osceola and saint Clair are full of leaves from the fall. The people on the east side of the street raked all of their leaves into the street and now they're causing the storm drains to not properly relieve the water from the streets. Now would be a prime time to sweep them up as they are not frozen to the ground.
