We did not anticipate it would be Howard county park property. My husband contacted SHA. Keven Kitzmiller came out on Tuesday and said based on plat maps it is not SHA and suggested we contact the county. Is there a county road contact then?

Checking in about weather the tree will be removed. There has been some marking of boundary lines and AT&T put flags on the right of way some time ago.
