Owners are going thru cleaning of hoarding issues. Seems like working with hired help. Aids are piling up loose trash on the curb without properly bagging it. Garbage crew cannot collect it, they do their best. However trash and litter is loose,it's impossible to collect it properly. So trash ends up being left laying there for days or flying around neighborhood eventually being collected by people living here. It's been going on for last 2 months and has to be addressed. Thank you.
