always every morning when i pass by this location there is trash bags recycling bags and bulk items left by the cities triple litter basket.
I've asked for this location to be monitored over night since this is when the infractions occur.
previous attempts by a day time or evening inspector shows nothing out or abated along with a promise that it would be monitored.
this happens literally in the overnight to the am hours it must either be one of the stores taking advantage of the cities litter basket collection crews or residents doing the same.
please have an overnight inspector keep an eye at this location
