Hello. I live at listed address. When rain falls, the water pools between a county embankment along Oakland mills/Dawn Day and the fences that face the road in my community. There is a slope that makes the flow back to my yard and and not run off anywhere. It makes my yard swampy, smelly and increases bugs in summer. The county drain is 15 ft from my rear fence but its elevated compared to the sitting water so it doesn't run off. The county should help this community by creating a run-off to meet the county drain for that water, and back filling soil/silt to supplement the badly eroded ground back there. It's always soppy. This is getting worse since I moved there in 6/2022. Please help. HOA advised but can't do much on county property.
