Description

Historic street light closest to 954 Park Place on its side of street - across the street from home of Larry Schlesinger - this light cycles on, warms up to yellowish color of these lights, then cuts off and starts the cycle all over again - all night long - so most of night this part of Park Place is dark - needs repair of sensor/ballast/other
