The speeding situation on Stricker Avenue has gotten much worse. I have contacted the non-emergency number for the Roseville/Eastpointe police and reported numerous times speeders flying up and down the street. It is RIDICULOUS.
I would love to have the police park in my driveway, especially on the weekend and run radar. I would guarantee a few tickets in excess of 50mph in a 25 zone.

What more can I do to stop this before someone gets killed?

Unfortunately even though the police have patrolled my street (Stricker) and the 3 way stop at Boulder and Stricker, they can't be there all the time. It is ridiculous how much speeding goes on down Stricker. The speeding and running of stop signs at all intersections of Boulder between Toepher and Stricker is crazy. I have to stop at every intersection to assure my safety because of idiots that don't obey stop signs on the cross streets.

It is great to get an occasional e-mail regarding the ridiculous speeding on my street. However, it gets worse and worse. I actually had a car pass me on my street while I was going 24 or 25 mph. When the young black mail went by, he gave me the finger.
I arrive home after work at appx. 4:45 pm daily and the first thing I Di is take my dog for a walk. Each and everyday I am yelling at a vehicle to slow F***ing down. Please have someone from the Eastpointe police contact me and hopefully sit in my driveway and run radar. I have seen the officers sit on Boulder and witness cars running right through the stop sign on Stricker and Boulder. I appreciate anything that can be done.
31 years at the same home that both my wife and I love. It has only been recent that my wife has suggested moving due to speeders, kids walking in the street trying to intimidate drivers and other issues. This city is no longer a safe place to live.
