Cannot Sleep. DOGS BARK NONSTOP. never stop. police called they stop and start again. The homes at 3204 and 3208 Harlin dr have dogs barking nonstop. I havent had a good night sleep in 5 years. The owners are home but dont care. their 3 dogs bark and the neighbors' dogs bark. PLEASE HELP PLEASE- no one seems to stop them. I have hadheart surgeries and need to rest. Please help

Dogs continuously bark. Also the neighbors in this street let their dogs run wild off of leashes. They just open their doors and let dogs run off to do their business. Many times these dogs could be hit by cars .
