Whether buses or just a jam of cars blocking the intersection, we are in need of traffic cops patrolling this intersection on 2nd Ave and 39th St. These vehicles are preventing pedestrians from crossing the street all together or make it extremely hazardous to do so because the pedestrians are competing with the vehicles trying to cross 2nd Ave. on 39th, heading west. Every morning, this is an issue and it needs to be stopped. There are traffic cops closer towards the tunnel street on 37th & 36th but 39th is in need of patrolmen. Please bring cops here to control the intersection and make it a safer street.
