Received call from homeowner. He indicates Comcast performed work in front of his home, and they tore up the sidewalk. They did a temporary patch of the sidewalk, but they still haven't come out to restore the sidewalk to its original condition. This is under Permit # ROW2022-06507. Can you please contact Comcast to determine when they will fix the sidewalk and provide the updated information to the caller.

Comcast has already temporarily patched the side walk after the drilled the sidewalk for cable work(see attached pictures). They told us the city will return to fix the sidewalk permanently. What's the status?

Comcast was notified this morning and they are trying to get a schedule to when this will be fixed. This is not the cities responsibility to repair but the contractors/comcast for this permit.
