Thank you contacting City of Corona -Traffic Engineering Division regarding your concern. The intersection of Border & 10th St is currently being upgraded to a new video detection system. Until the upgrade is complete, the signal has a constant call in every direction and will be served the minimum time in every cycle. We apologize for the inconvenience as we are working quickly to have the signal back in normal operations.

I can’t believe they think we are going to just accept that they are adding a camera and we are going to just wait it out. No I’ll be calling the number and contacting city council. It’s causing so much traffic and kids are now late to school. 20 minutes to turn the corner. Unacceptable and it wasn’t a problem until now.
