I live down the street from this house that looks abandoned. It is being overgrown by weeds. What is the status on this house?

This is not an abandoned house but rather a construction site. Weeds will be trimmed on or before 09/28/2007.

The status of this property is absolutely unacceptable! Overgrown weeds at an abandoned construction project. What a blighted condition! Why is this not being addressed?
