As you can see in the attached picture of our parked rental car, there is absolutely NO partial blocking of the driveway. How would an out-of-state visitor know that "if there is no meter, you cannot park there" when there are numerous streets throughout the U.S. that provide valid meter and non-meter parking spaces adjacent to each other. If no parking is permitted, a sign should clearly state "No Parking" or "No Stopping" or it should be stated so on the pavement. For an out-of-state visitor to know that "if there is no meter, you cannot park there" WITHOUT AN APPROPRIATE DESIGNATION is DECEPTIVE and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
