I am just a user / resident and not the original submitter, but.... when I walked to the park yesterday (3/26) the floor was MUCH cleaner than in the recent past. I assumed the tables were moved to clean and / or seal the floor as it would take kids a VERY long time to use bolt cutters / a saw to cut through all the chains that fastened the tables to the floor. However, now that it is empty until tables are returned, I'm sure kids are skateboarding there,
Just my observation / thoughts in case it helps. I'm not sure this is intentional destruction of property.
