On this side of the residential street, there is no parking, yet patrons continue to do so. There is no enforcement; even police officers park here. The opposite side of the street has businesses and allows parking; the signs were recently replaced w/the sidewalk repair. If the city wanted to change the no parking restriction, they could have done so then.
