This issue is not being resolved as long as authority in our area not contributing to prevent this sort of violations and protect property owners. They have said repeatedly that they do not have budget to take care of this kind of issues while they are collecting thousands of Dollars of property taxes. It is a disapointing point for property owners. The intruders have been breaking in to the property and keep adding new grafiti as soon as we clean up. Look at the latest one attached photo
I really love to see there is a hope to see the light at the end of tunnel with this problem. The intruders constantly break the fence and go into the property and do whatever they want to do knowing that there is no police enforcement.
Sunday Feb. 4, 2018 as property owner representative I realized that someone the same as previous has cut the fence and entered the property and refreshed all the existing graffiti around the small warehouse with fresh paint We do not know how we can prevent this activity. This is an ongoing issue without resolution in this area. We look forward to your assistance to be able to eliminate this vandalism. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated. Sincerely yours.
This a real hopeless case with Miami Dade County. Despite numerous crimes and report of crimes they are doing nothing about it. Our last resort is to just sell the property and get out of this mess.
