Description

there is a tunnel which appears to be for pipes that goes underneath the railroad tracks that is typically covered by a large metal plate. The plate is no longer covering the opening and is laying across the PATH trail. This is a pretty big hazard for someone trying to get into the tunnel or tripping on the sidewalk.
