I went ahead and reported this light to EMC again. They should have it repaired within 5 to 7 business days. Once the light has been repaired or the 7 business days have passed, please let me know so that I can either close this issue or get back with EMC to determine why the issue has not been fully addressed.

Since I haven't had any additional complaints regarding this issue, I am going to go ahead and close it out. If the light has not been repaired, please let me know and I will reopen the case and recontact EMC.
